 Carrefour  is a French multinational retail corporation headquartered in Massy, France. The eight-largest retailer in the world by revenue, it operates a chain of hypermarkets, groceries and convenience stores, which as of January 2021, comprises its 12,225 stores in over 30 countries.


The first Carrefour shop (not a hypermarket) opened in 1960, within suburban Annecy, near a crossroads. The group was created in 1958 by Marcel Fournier, Denis Defforey and Jacques Defforey, who attended and were influenced by several seminars in the United States led by "the Pope of retail" Bernardo Trujillo. The Carrefour group was the first in Europe to open a hypermarket, a large supermarket, and a department store under the same roof. They opened their first hypermarket on 15 June 1963 in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, near Paris.

 Your missions:

Welcome customers and discover their motivations and needs using all the rules of the sales process in force. Sell the financial products defined by the company, guarantees and services adapted to the needs and profile of customers, in a constant search for their satisfaction and in compliance with the granting procedures defined by Carrefour Banque.Going to meet the hypermarket's customers and canvassing within the Services Pole.Satisfy the customer's need by handling complaints and disputes and / or directing the customer to the relevant departments of the company. 


Your profile :

You have at least a baccalaureate diploma

You have experience in sales and negotiation

 You have a taste for challenge and the spirit of conquest

 You enjoy working in a team and you have a sense of customer relations
