Desired Candidate Profile

KSA – Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

1. Proven track record of dealing with HNI’s, luxury segment of clients.

2. A true consultant at heart with a niche for delivering the best client journey – where memories are created and cherished!

3. Market, promote and sell completed and off plan properties on the island to the clientele globally.

4. Travel on business trips to potential markets and meet with high-net worth individuals and organizations to promote, market and sell off-plan and ready properties.

5. Act as an internal consultant and work with a great sportsmanship attitude.

6. Advise investors on the options of Real Estate Investment Opportunities worldwide.

7. Schedule meetings in the office and on project sites for existing clients and potential investors.

8. Negotiate prices, payment plans for investors.

9. Participate in exhibitions and promotional events in Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Middle East region and globally.

10. Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills are a must!

11. Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university. RERA or similar licenses are preferred.

12. 5+ years of experience dealing selling luxurious properties worldwide.
