About the role:

As a Quality and Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible to support the organization in coordinating between sections/departments to ensure that Cargo’s established QMS is effectively implemented and maintained.

  Maintains an effective communication channel/s with operations and other support units/sections and ensure necessary changes to Cargo’s QMS are cascaded on a timely manner.

  Ensures both internally – generated and/or documents from external sources i.e. Customer Airlines, Government Authorities are timely communicated and cascaded to sections/units concerned.

  Monitors and tracks customer complaints, claims and process irregularities/nonconformities including CACAR.

  Facilitates process risk assessment. Performs assigned compliance and conformity checks as scheduled including weekly analysis and reporting of results. Periodic reviews of Cargo Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 and ISAGO which includes processes and documents.

  Participate in internal Audit activities as per defined audit procedure: this includes preparation, planning, On-Site, reporting and follow-up/closure for management Systems Audit and Process Audit. Handling external audits of Customer Airlines and Government Authorities.

Qualifications






About you: 

  Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification 

  Certification for internal Auditor.

  Minimum 3 years relevant experience 

  Experience in a co-ordination function and have experience of dealing with Airline and Regulatory Agencies.

  Experience dealing with Web based applications, uploading of documents on SMS share point. 

  Command of English language and good communication skills

  Presentation skills and writing procedures

  IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE of cargo and mail operations including CROAMIS
